Terms of service

Last updated: 13 October 2026

In short: this site presents Longevity House and lets you join a waiting list. Joining the list is free of charge, it is not a booking and it binds neither side. The content of the site is informational and is not medical advice.

1. General provisions

These terms set out the rules for using the website available at longevity-house.pl and the rules for providing services by electronic means within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.

The service provider is LONGEVITY HOUSE SILESIA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Nowogrodzka 31, 00-511 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0001238200, NIP 7011311173, REGON 544607666, contact address: hello@longevity-house.pl.

Using the site means accepting these terms. The terms are made available free of charge at this address, in a form that can be downloaded, reproduced and stored.

2. Scope of services

We provide the following services by electronic means, free of charge:

3. Technical requirements

To use the site you need a device with internet access and a current browser with JavaScript and local storage enabled. To use the form you also need a working email address. Using the internet carries the usual risks, against which up-to-date software and security measures on the user side provide protection.

4. The waiting list

Joining the waiting list is free and voluntary. It is not a booking, it does not guarantee a place on any date and it does not constitute a contract for stay services or any other contract. We take no payment or deposit in connection with it.

The contract for the electronic service of handling your enquiry is concluded when you submit the form and ends when the enquiry has been dealt with, or at any moment at your request: a message to hello@longevity-house.pl is enough.

The conditions, prices and rules for taking part in a stay will be set out in a separate contract and in the stay regulations, presented before bookings open. The information on this site does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code.

5. Rules of use

When using the site you must not supply unlawful content, submit third-party data without their consent, or take action that disrupts the site, including attempts at unauthorised access, automated data harvesting or overloading the infrastructure.

6. Nature of the content and disclaimers

Longevity House is not a healthcare provider within the meaning of the Polish Act on medical activity. Diagnostics, tests and medical qualification are carried out by licensed entities: our clinical partners, on their own responsibility and under separate agreements with the participant.

The content published on the site, including the programme descriptions and the Longevity Score test, is informational and educational. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a therapeutic recommendation, and it does not replace a consultation with a doctor. Make decisions about your health after speaking with a doctor.

The programme descriptions concern a residence in preparation, with opening planned for the second quarter of 2027. The scope of services, the fit-out and the list of partners may change before opening.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its content, photographs, trade marks, the Longevity House name and the Longevity 180 programme name are legally protected and are the property of the service provider or are used under appropriate licences. Copying, publishing and commercial use without our written consent is not permitted. Use of the site for your own personal purposes, and quotation in accordance with copyright law, are permitted.

8. Complaints

You can submit a complaint about the operation of the site or about the services provided by electronic means to hello@longevity-house.pl, with a description of the problem and your contact details. We consider complaints without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt, and reply to the email address given.

A consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the help of a district or municipal consumer ombudsman and mediation conducted by the regional inspectorates of the Trade Inspection. Information about these procedures is available on the website of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

9. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data, including legal bases, retention periods and your rights, are described in the Privacy policy available at privacy.html.

10. Changes to the terms and governing law

We may change these terms for important reasons, in particular a change in the law or in the scope of our services. The amended terms are published at this address together with the date of the update; enquiries sent before the change are governed by the previous wording.

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law. In the event of any discrepancy between the Polish and the English version, the Polish wording prevails.
